Seminar 2: Vincent Pfammatter about private foundations in Switzerland

Next online seminar takes place 21 February 2023 at 5.30 p.m. via Zoom and it concerns private foundations in Switzerland. The speaker is Vincent Pfammatter.

Vincent Pfammatter, LL.M. (UC Berkeley) is an attorney at law and partner in Sigma Legal, a law firm from Lausanne and Geneva. In his daily practice, Vincent Pfammatter deals with foundations, non profit entities, and the law of new technologies. Our research team, directed by Prof. Konrad Osajda, LL.M., together with the Commercial Law Chair of University of Warsaw, kindly invites everybody to join the seminar, where Vincent Pfammatter will present a regulation and importance of private foundations in Switzerland. He will also answer the questions posed by the participants, whom we kindly encourage to active taking part in the discussion.

It will be the second from the series of four seminars entitled “Wealth Management: Private Foundations – Comparative Perspective”. Each meeting is devoted to private foundations in a selected legal system. The seminars are carried out by outstanding experts, both scholars and legal practitioners, who deal with private foundations in their daily work.
