Our research team, directed by Prof. Konrad Osajda LL.M., together with the Commercial Law Chair of University of Warsaw, kindly invites everybody to join a seminar series entitled “Wealth Management: Private Foundations – Comparative Perspective”.
The series include four presentations. Each of them will be devoted to private foundations in a selected legal system. The seminars will be carried out by outstanding experts, both scholars and legal practitioners, who deal with private foundations in their daily work:
- Prof. A. Butterstein (Liechtenstein law) on January 23rd, 2023, 5:30 p.m.,
- Mr V. Pfammatter (Swiss law) on February 21st, 2023, 5:00 p.m.,
- Dr Ch. Bochmann (German law) on March 6th, 2023, 5:30 p.m.,
- Prof. M. Schauer (Austrian law) on March 21st, 2023, 5:00 p.m.
All the seminars are free of charge, do not require reservation, and will take place online via Zoom. They remain fully interactive – everybody can ask questions and take part in a discussion. The seminars will be carried out in English.
